At Sink.ma, we take great care in preparing and shipping your handmade Moroccan ceramic sinks. All orders are fulfilled from our workshop in Morocco and shipped to customers worldwide.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship internationally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom quote.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on product availability and hand-finishing requirements. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods
We use reputable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on your location. All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be provided via email once dispatched.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Custom shipping quotes are available for bulk or commercial orders.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local government. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will assist you with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
