Customs and import taxes?

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Product packaging method ?

 

When customer request the pottery piece, we pack it with...bubble wrap,

Packing sponge....After the piece is packed, we put it in a crate and deliver it to the shipping company... Then the customer receives the order .
