Please feel free to inquire about making your custom copper dream come true, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to send us the picture or link of the product you want to replicate, will get back to you as soon as possible.

Important Note: Measurements may vary due to traditional manufacturing methods. Piece size may increase or decrease by a few inches.

 

Was the goods damaged during shipment?

Customs and import taxes?

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Product packaging method ?

 

When customer request the pottery piece, we pack it with...bubble wrap,

Packing sponge....After the piece is packed, we put it in a crate and deliver it to the shipping company... Then the customer receives the order .

Table height on the ground ????

We usually choose the appropriate height of the table taking into account the size of the table .
