At Sink.ma, every product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Due to the artisanal nature of our items, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please read our policy below before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

• We only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or incorrectly shipped.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items returned without prior approval

3. How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage or issue, and a description.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

5. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange or replacement for eligible damaged items, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable service.
